The apartment had a washer for laundry, and it was equipped with everything we needed, from Wi-Fi and an electric kettle to air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The host, Veronica, provided VIP check-in/out and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were jaw-dropping, with extra pillows and blankets, toiletries, and even slippers. The cots were a bonus for families with small children. The luggage storage option was convenient, and it was great that pets were not allowed on site. our experience was super and we highly recommend this place for a perfect stay.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. Despite being in a building with no elevator, the staff was kind enough to assign me a room on the first floor, making it easier for me to navigate. It was a relief not having to worry about stairs or lifts, especially after a long day of exploring Venice.

I would have loved to see more staff members who were aware of the needs of senior guests. Although the children working there were friendly, I feel that they could have been more attentive and accommodating to the specific requirements of older guests.
